Dariusz Ziembiński

Solicitor, a specialist in following fields: public procurement law, administrative procedure, protection of fair competition, public-private partnership, personal data protection law, prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing, protection of business secrets, business constitution, contract law and procedural law and economic criminal law.

He started to gain his professional experience in public procurement since 2000, and in 2005 he founded his own consulting company Konsultanci Zamówień Publicznych (KZP, Eng.: Public Procurement Consultants), which have provided comprehensive services in the area of public procurement. He represents clients before common courts, the National Chamber of Appeal and adjudicating committees for violation of public finance discipline. He conducts training courses and seminars. Active lobbyist of rational amendments to the Public Procurement Law. An active lobbyist of streamlining changes in the Public Procurement Law. He cooperates with non-governmental organizations, associating various sectors of business, willing to co-shape legal regulations concerning procedures for the disbursement of public funds. He is an observer member of the Council of Social Dialogue and a guest at meetings of the Council of Experts appointed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction. Karolina Jamrozik

Solicitor, a specialist in the following fields: civil law, real estate law, procedural law and public procurement law. She also has experience in representing clients in criminal cases before courts and law enforcement authorities.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She defended her master’s thesis on local government law at the Department of Administrative Economic and Banking Law. She has completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law at the University of Warsaw and the Center for American Law. She was a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw, where she completed her legal internship aplication. Since 2016 she has been a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

She has gained professional experience working for Warsaw law firms, public administration and conducting her own law firm. She is experienced in representing clients  before the court in the field of real estate law, including cases such as prescription, compensation, regulation mortgage register, execution of preliminary and development contracts. Advises on real estate transactions. He also has experience in conducting public procurement procedures.

Paweł Kierończyk

Solicitor, specialized in procedural law, as well as contract, real estate, planning and spatial development regulations and commercial law.

He graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, and then a judicial apprenticeship. He represents clients in litigation. His professional practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of contracts for entities from the real estate, construction, logistics and automotive industries.

He also advised on infrastructure projects in the field of renewable energy and environmental protection. He represented entities in administrative and court-administrative proceedings regarding obtaining environmental decisions, zoning decisions, building permits and other decisions related to construction investments.

He has also experience in the field of comprehensive legal services for entities forming international capital groups, which he gained while working as an in-house lawyer. He coordinated the restructuring processes of companies. He prepares letters, analyses, legal opinions and contract templates. He is fluent in English.

Krzysztof Mikoda

Solicitor, a specialist in following fields: public procurement law, copyright law, civil law, contract law, procedural law and personal data protection.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, which he graduated with honors. Long-term employee of Awarding Entities, with experience in preparation and conducting public proceedings in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. A former employee of a consulting company specializing in public procurement. Carries out analyses, provides opinions and advice in the scope of the procurement procedure. He has significant experience in representing contractors before the Arbitration Tribunal and the National Chamber of Appeal. Author of publications in the field of public procurement. He conducts training courses in public procurement topics. He is fluent in English.

Mateusz Pająk

Solicitor, an expert on public procurement law, civil law, contract law, procedural law and public
finance law.

He devoted his Master’s Thesis to the role of the President of the Polish Public Procurement Office in
the whole public procurement system. He received a postgraduate degree in public procurement law
and investment and construction process.

He specializes in IT, aeronautical, motor and medical sector markets. Mr. Pająk has successfully run
one of the first in Poland proceedings using an innovation procurement method: Innovation
Partnership. He has taken part in procurement proceedings with classified information.

He has extensive experience in representing before the National Chamber of Appeal. He conducts
training courses in public procurement topics.

Szymon Stawicki

Solicitor, specialist in the field of civil, commercial and company law, administrative law and civil and administrative procedure. He advises clients on daily operations, represents them in litigations, in front of administrative authorities and helps them to drive investment processes.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed training in Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, of which he is a member.

He has gained professional experience working for Warsaw law firms, as an in-house lawyer in IT and automotive companies as well as in entities with the participation of local government units. He represents clients in court, in administrative and court-administrative proceedings. He has comprehensive experience in programming, planning and implementation of investment processes, starting from obtaining decisions on environmental conditions, decisions on building conditions and decisions on building permits to the selection of the contractor and supervision of the investment implementation process.

Having an extensive experience in providing corporate services to commercial law companies, including capital groups with the participation of local government units, he successfully coordinated the processes of their merger, liquidation and restructuring.  He cooperates with investment and sales units of serviced entities, prepares analyzes, legal opinions and pleadings, he also advises on negotiating contracts.

Ewelina Toborek

Solicitor, a specialist in following fields: public procurement law, intellectual property law, administrative procedure, regulations on computerisation of operations of entities carrying out public tasks, contract law and procedural law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and at Université d’Orléans in France. She also completed postgraduate studies at Warsaw University of Life Sciences in the field of public procurement law and at the University of Warsaw in the field of intellectual property law. Then she completed her legal internship application in Warsaw.

She has gained her professional experience i.a. while working in public administration institutions and budget entities responsible for the review of the public procurements funded by the European Union Funds within an Operational Programme ‘Innovative Economy’, Operational Programme ‘Infrastructure and Environment’, Interreg. She has also experience in negotiating and preparing contracts, legal services for IT departments and in representing Clients in court proceedings. She prepares pleadings, legal opinions, contracts and regulations. She is fluent in French.

Marek Tomasik

Expert in the field of public procurement law, as well as a specialist in the field of personal data protection and openness in tenders in the light of the act on transparency of public life.

A former employee of the Public Procurement Office and Awarding Entities of the public finance sector, including Public Procurement Office of the capital city of Warsaw. During his professional work he has acquired experience in preparation and conduct of contract award procedures. A former employee of a consulting company specializing in public procurement, where he carried out analysis, prepared opinions and advised Awarding Entities and Contractors in the scope of the procurement procedure. A specialist in the field of legal remedies in public procurement. He has extensive experience in representing Awarding Entities and Contractors in appeal proceedings before the Arbitration Tribunal and the National Chamber of Appeal as well as in aid and attendance of IT industry Clients. He conducts training courses in the field of public procurement.

Natalia Płaszczyca

The office manager, she is your liaison with our law office. Her task is to manage the administrative affairs of the Office, coordinate basic marketing and training activities, and provide support in the daily work of the Partners.

She has extensive administrative experience, both in large corporations and smaller businesses. Previously, she served as an office coordinator, dealing with internal procedures and project management in an international environment. She completed a professional office manager course at the MDDP Business Academy and a Legal Assistant training organized by the Think Make Institute. Currently, she is studying administration.

Additionally, she has fluent English language skills.
