Dariusz Ziembiński

Solicitor, a specialist in following fields: public procurement law, administrative procedure, protection of fair competition, public-private partnership, personal data protection law, prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing, protection of business secrets, business constitution, contract law and procedural law and economic criminal law.

Krzysztof Mikoda

Solicitor, a specialist in following fields: public procurement law, copyright law, civil law, contract law, procedural law and personal data protection.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, which he graduated with honors. Long-term employee of Awarding Entities, with experience in preparation and conducting public proceedings in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. A former employee of a consulting company specializing in public procurement. Carries out analyses, provides opinions and advice in the scope of the procurement procedure. He has significant experience in representing contractors before the Arbitration Tribunal and the National Chamber of Appeal. Author of publications in the field of public procurement. He conducts training courses in public procurement topics. He is fluent in English.

Paweł Kierończyk

Solicitor, specialized in procedural law, as well as contract, real estate, planning and spatial development regulations and commercial law.

He graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, and then a judicial apprenticeship. He represents clients in litigation. His professional practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of contracts for entities from the real estate, construction, logistics and automotive industries.

He also advised on infrastructure projects in the field of renewable energy and environmental protection. He represented entities in administrative and court-administrative proceedings regarding obtaining environmental decisions, zoning decisions, building permits and other decisions related to construction investments.

He has also experience in the field of comprehensive legal services for entities forming international capital groups, which he gained while working as an in-house lawyer. He coordinated the restructuring processes of companies. He prepares letters, analyses, legal opinions and contract templates. He is fluent in English.

Dorota Kurek–Zielińska

Solicitor, aspecialist in the field of civil and labour law as well as economic and commercial law including service regarding ongoing issues of smaller and bigger entrepreneurs. She represents Clients in court proceedings and in front of administrative authorities, and deals with recovery and enforcement of claims under contracts. She participates in negotiations and court mediations.

She has graduated with First Class Honours from law studies (Rectorial Certificate of Appreciation) from Faculty of Law at Łazarski University in Warsaw. She has also obtained postgraduate qualifications at the University of Warsaw: Regional Development and Policy, and Legislative Issues. She has completed her legal internship application in Warsaw.

She has been gaining her professional experience since 2004 working in legal offices and government offices. She advises Clients on matters related to running companies, pursuing claims on contractual relations and prepares pleadings, legal opinions, templates of contracts and regulations.

She has experience in comprehensive legal services in pre-litigation and court proceedings.

She has conducted training courses in the field of contracts which appear in legal transactions.

Damian Budzis

Solicitor, a specialist in following fields: public procurement law, administrative procedure, protection of fair competition, public-private partnership and procedural law.

Graduated from the Law School at Kozminski University. Finalist of the Law Games competition and Nation Competition for voice to the Supreme Administrative Court ruling on financial law. During his studies he was involved in pro bono activities in the field of law and administrative proceedings. He gained professional experience as part of providing legal services to Sygnity S.A. He has experience in representing clients before the National Board of Appeal, performs analyzes, draws up opinions, pleadings and contract templates. He is fluent in English.

Żaklina Ossowska

Lawyer, a specialist in the following fields: public procurement law, corporate law (including contract law, personal data protection, negotiations and peaceful settlement of disputes), unregistered lobbying, international economic law, with particular emphasis on regulations regarding dumping, and European law.

PhD student at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Science; a LL.M. graduate of the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, in the International Economic and Business Law; a graduate of the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Law and Administration. She has experience in comprehensive legal support which she has gained working in an international company as an in-house lawyer. Since 2010 she specializes in public and non-public procurement proceedings, conducting procurements on behalf of both Contractors and Awarding Entities. She has extensive experience in representing Clients before the National Chamber of Appeal. She successfully leads negotiations in the course of relevant tendering procedures as well as in daily operational activities of a Client. Marek Tomasik

Expert in the field of public procurement law, as well as a specialist in the field of personal data protection and openness in tenders in the light of the act on transparency of public life.

A former employee of the Public Procurement Office and Awarding Entities of the public finance sector, including Public Procurement Office of the capital city of Warsaw. During his professional work he has acquired experience in preparation and conduct of contract award procedures. A former employee of a consulting company specializing in public procurement, where he carried out analysis, prepared opinions and advised Awarding Entities and Contractors in the scope of the procurement procedure. A specialist in the field of legal remedies in public procurement. He has extensive experience in representing Awarding Entities and Contractors in appeal proceedings before the Arbitration Tribunal and the National Chamber of Appeal as well as in aid and attendance of IT industry Clients. He conducts training courses in the field of public procurement.
